Publicat a Comunicaci\u00f3: Revista de Recerca i d&#8217;An\u00e0lisi, 2015, volum 32, n\u00famero 1: 53-71.<\/em><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\">Durant la Segona Guerra Mundial, l\u2019ex\u00e8rcit dels estats Units va plantejar uns m\u00e8todes d\u2019adoctrinament de la tropa que combinaven la instrucci\u00f3 f\u00edsica i t\u00e8cnica amb la formaci\u00f3 racional. La s\u00e8rie cinematogr\u00e0fica documental <em>Why We Fight<\/em> (WWF) va ser una de les millors respostes a aquests nous m\u00e8todes. WWF pretenia activar la part racional del soldat, proporcionant-li documentaci\u00f3 exhaustiva de la guerra, i, al mateix temps, aquesta argumentaci\u00f3 racional es convertia en la base sobre la qual es desplegaven les estrat\u00e8gies d\u2019estimulaci\u00f3 emocional. Per\u00f2, a m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s de ser una pe\u00e7a clau en el programa pedag\u00f2gic de l\u2019ex\u00e8rcit, WWF tamb\u00e9 va esdevenir un aven\u00e7 en la investigaci\u00f3 de les reaccions de les audi\u00e8ncies. En relaci\u00f3 amb aix\u00f2, es van desenvolupar t\u00e8cniques com l\u2019entrevista enfocada per a investigar les respostes dels soldats davant dels films.
